AT LAST!! A download that ONLY Mac users can use!!
If you have a Mac OS X version 10.4 Tiger (or above) with a Dashboard application, here's a download JUST FOR YOU!! Feel proud that not only do you have a computer superior to most others, but that you also can have a Countdown Widget... and those with inferior computers can't have it!!
The countdown widget is just what it's name implies: it shows the countdown to Corn Day! Anyone can see this on the Home Page, but you can see the countdown on your dashboard!
To download the countdown widget, click on the link below.
To put it on your dashboard using a browser other than Safari, double-click the downloaded file; it should install the widget for you. Or, if you feel like doing it yourself, move the downloaded item to:
(Home folder)/Library/Widgets/
Or, if you are the computer's administrator and would like the widget to be visible to all users of the computer...
(Startup Disk)/Library/Widgets/
If you're using Safari, your computer should have done all of that for you.
Then, in the dashboard, press the + sign and find the Countdown Widget (Its icon is yellow with black letters on the right side). Click on it to show the Countdown Widget!
